Personal Management

The Personnel Management in the group is based in three pillars: diversity acknowledgement, internal talent incentive and fair opportunities of professional growth. These pillars have the aim of balancing work and remuneration, with plans of placements and salaries and in the development of leaderships, through an assessment program which maps the capabilities. In addition, the company stimulates the professional and personal development with a training policy, which uses transparent promotion criteria and prioritizes its own partners to fill positions, using the Programa de Aproveitamento Interno (PAI – Internal Diligence Program). It also worries about the convenience of handicap access to all its units.
